Refund policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date you receive your product.
To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must provide photos and videos accurately showing the defects of the product.

Please note that if you contact us after 30 days from the delivery date, we will not be able to refund your money or replace the item.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refusal of an order after receiving it due to its uselessness is not a reason for a refund.

The cost of sending the goods back to the warehouse lies entirely on the customer. Items sent back to us without a prior request for a refund will not be accepted.
