Alex Ecom Scaler Terms of Service

These Terms govern authorized use of Alex Ecom Scaler, an internal ecommerce operations and advertising management application provided by Direct Response Limited.

Authorized use

You may use the application only for stores, advertising accounts and business assets that you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for keeping connected accounts secure and for reviewing campaigns, budgets, targeting, creatives and product content before publication.

Connected services

Features depend on third-party services such as Meta and Shopify. Your use of those services remains subject to their terms and policies. Availability, processing times and API behavior may change without notice.

Acceptable use

You must not use Alex Ecom Scaler to violate law, intellectual-property rights, platform policies or the rights of another person; misrepresent products; access assets without authorization; or distribute malicious or deceptive content.

Advertising and product responsibility

Automated suggestions are drafts. The authorized user remains responsible for claims, disclosures, translations, prices, targeting, budgets and compliance with applicable advertising, consumer-protection and product rules.

Availability and liability

The application is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Direct Response Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, platform outages, rejected ads, interrupted processing or decisions made solely from estimated performance data.

Changes and termination

We may update these Terms or suspend access to protect the service, comply with law or prevent misuse. You may stop using the service and disconnect integrations at any time.
