Alex Ecom Scaler Data Deletion Instructions

How to request deletion
- Open Alex Ecom Scaler and go to Connections.
- Disconnect the Meta, Shopify or other integration whose stored connection data you want removed.
- Email support@relievu.com with the subject Alex Ecom Scaler data deletion.
- Include the connected business, ad-account or store name. Do not email access tokens, passwords or payment information.
We will verify that the requester is authorized to act for the connected business. We will then delete or anonymize applicable connection records and associated personal information within 30 days, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
Disconnecting Alex Ecom Scaler does not delete information held independently by Meta, Shopify or another connected provider. Requests concerning those providers must also be submitted through their own privacy controls.
